It was easy to rent, called number to reserve. Then went to location and paid . Easy and quick. The young lady that day was very helpful , answered my questions and even personally showed me my unit. Very good customer service

The manager Denise, was really helpful and explained everything clearly and made the experience smooth and easy. I was able to store my things and by the end of my visit, I felt as if I had been using the service longer than just one visit. No problems with the gates or passkey. Now I can get in and out when I need to. Thank you for your help Denise. Would recommend to all my friends. Jody
