I handled all the arrangements over the phone. After work I was able to start moving my belongings into a unit. The property manager Kara is a delight and always helpful.

I'm not sure how to answer. Are you referring to my latest call to acquire a 3rd unit? If so, I'm not pleased with the cost. I had hoped I would receive a loyalty break. I've been renting from you for 7 years, and just added a unit. What's up with that?
