The gentleman at the counter was VERY helpful. He explained everything, he took me to see different size units and he was fun to talk with. In this part of Texas customer service is difficult to find. This gentleman was a shining star of Customer Service and should be training everyone about excellent customer service. The associate was Jaime Castillo His name isn't on the list below.

The facility in Candelaria was always in excellent condition and the two gentlemen who work in the office were courteous and knowledge.

My experience was seamless. The online setup was easy and I’m happy with my location and value of my unit. I stopped by the office and spoke with Danne and she was very courteous , professional and knowledgeable.
