Easy to reserve what I needed for my storage online. I was very pleased with the call from the location on the day my rental started to make sure I had the information I need to access the facility. When I arrive Jim did a follow up with me to make sure everything went well. The customer service exceeded my expectations compared to most companies that fail to value their customers.
