Easy to reserve what I needed for my storage online. I was very pleased with the call from the location on the day my rental started to make sure I had the information I need to access the facility. When I arrive Jim did a follow up with me to make sure everything went well. The customer service exceeded my expectations compared to most companies that fail to value their customers.
The service thus far has been very nice, considering the least amount of time interacting by phone.
