All i can say is Olivia is the reason why im here ! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. I work the same hours and if i am running later to pay she will wait for me (who does that ?!?) not oh we are closed not come back tomorrow just no worries ill wait for you! how can you not love that

i have used several storage places and i must say that i have never encountered customer service like this ! Olivia goes above and beyond and she does that whether you are storing with her or just gathering information ! with her easy going demeaner and beautiful smile that brightens a room
