I had to store a cargo trailer for a few months. Michael was pleasant to work with and made both the start and finish of my time there quick and easy. My trailer was not damaged or messed with and the fact they have live on-site employees helps keep the facility secure. I would recommend them to others.Â

I personally, I have had my challenges, but one thing I will say that stands out for me, is the level of care, I experience, each and every time I come and speak to Josh. He has been a pretty awesome manager since he's taken over the 31st location, it's the little things sometimes..customer service isn't what it use to be, so trust me when I say, I know great customer service when I see it, and want to give flowers where they are do.
