The staff (Jose) was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions without making me feel rush.
They were very flexible and understanding of my situation. I saw amazing customer service with myself and with the person being helped before me.
We had originally chose a 10x10 space. We went to space with Scott to put lock on. When we looked at the space we decided we needed a larger space. Scott made that very easy and we started moving in that day.
