Hurricane Ian made it necessary for me to vacate my storage unit in Port Charlotte Florida. The site manager helped me find another rental unit in the area that had a similar size unit. Once the original site was repaired after the hurricane damage, I was notified Could have my former unit back. This was terrific because it is very close to my home.

The storage facility has been great! We have had our unit for 20 years but have just given it up due to price increases. For many years we could “borrow” a moving truck for limited mileage and return it with gas at no cost. Now we have to pay for gas and mileage and use of the truck. Even tho we only drove 2-3 miles and returned it with the same amt of gas we were still charged $13 in addition to the rental fee plus tax for a total of over $30 for 2 miles and 3 hours. Not happy! Glad we’re done with storage units!
