The facility was clean and a good size. Katie was great. When I called she helped me with ease. She is also a very pleasant on the phone. Online check out was fast! Great job. Katie assisted me.

Awesome on site manager Dominique. Prideful and thorough with her job. Shes awesome, helpful, and truly looked out for me when she noticed an issue with the lock on my unit. She made sure to install another lock to guarantee my unit stayed secure until i returned. Thank you!

It was easy to sign for a storage bin. Not a whole lot of paper work and policies were easy to understand. It was great overall.

I wasn't able to get the size storage I needed but the Rep was so nice and helpful that decided to take the smaller one and move to a larger one later if I needed to. This is my 2nd unit and at both locations my experience has been great. I will recommend SecureStorage to anyone needing clean, safe storage .
