Easy to work with. He showed me the unit I rented. Learned how to use the entry system and purchased a padlock. Great experience.

Your facility treated myself & the people helping me move in with the best of care. The lady running the place on El Cajon Blvd. is very good @ her job & as a person. We were in bad shape & she understood the personality differences in the group & dealt w/each of the dynamics like a pro to calm the chaos. It helped so much & I want her to be recognised for her amazing people skills. People nowadays seem quick to criticise. So, I wanted to take the time to compliment her efforts. Attagirl! I was able to confirm a rental online over the weekend!! Then come in later to confirm. I appreciate that very much. Also, the managers in the office are so friendly and welcoming that it makes the process so easy. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone wanting to store their belongings!
