I am grateful for the knowledgeable and professional staff. The spaces are great and conveniently located. The facilities are well taken care of with parking spaces, carts to load and transport the items safely. The office has packaging materials available for purchase. The staff was friendly. The person that showed me the storage available did it with a pleasant smile and attitude, you don't see that a lot these days. Even when I requested to see the next available size there was no rolling of the eyes or deep sigh. She did it with a pleasant attitude and friendly manner.Â
