AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have been a tenant here for a while and I have 2 units here. We heard from Patricia that a new manager was starting so we decided to come in and meet her. She was a lot younger than we thought, but from what we saw she is an extremely hard worker! She apologized when we mentioned that it was a little hard to catch a manager at the location. The facility and storage units are immaculate. Renting could not have been easier with the online platform. It was fast, easy, and best of all safe with the COVID-19 pandemic. The facility equipment for loading and unloading was very clean. Everything went smoothly and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The online portal for communication and the online forms were easy to complete and it gave you back all the information needed to get started. Thank you for a job well done.
