I had to go 1 star initially after I responded to the first survey, and, I even used the “contact us first” option that was available to try to sort my issue before going “live”. I didn’t get a reply until I did post publicly and that is my biggest gripe, just trying to reach someone outside traditional office hours. My schedule does not readily lend itself to that and there is no way to leave an off hours message.
