sorry this took so long .. I ended up not being a customer I'm sad to say . Had issues and before they got resolved I rented somewhere else... The customer service line is lacking but let me tell u... When the message finally got to the area manager Ms Martha, she went above and beyond to get my account back rite.. she didn't stop calling leaving messages and texting until she got me then jus to make me whole quickly she INSTANTLY refunded my bank card we all know that can take 5 to 7 days I got refunded in 5 to 7 minutes be...Ā read more
