We heard that this location has been closed for a couple of weeks because of short staff, but we really needed a storage. We rented online and when we came to the location we realized that we needed a special kind of lock. We called the location on the door, which was the 4300 W Davis St location, and the manager picked up the phone pretty quickly. I had to move last minute and decided to come here a couple of days ago. The manager, Myah, was very sweet and took the time to explain everything about the property. She went out of her way to show me the different sizes and she also gave me her opinion about the perfect size. She made the process super easy and even recommended which insurance and lock I should get.
