Kylie was very helpful and professional. She even made sure my unit was cleaned out and spider free after I had mentioned my fear of spiders. Talk about going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!

My experience was a pleasant one. Acquiring my storage spot was easy and took up little time. The office was clean and quite nice, as was the entire facility. Also, it seems as if it is a safe location.
