Ms. Sue was very nice and helpful; My issue is with the fact that the app doesn't work, I always get an error message stating "No facility was found in that location and the gate doesn't openššš I also believe that the facilities grounds need an URGENT maintenance update, there is a HUGE hole on the exit way that is DANGEROUS for all of us.Ā
