The units are clean and very well maintained. You will always find an employee working the grounds to improve service. Costumer service is outstanding from all employees. Always greeted with a smile and always professional and helpful. If I ever need a unit again, this is where I'll be!Â

Great employees at IStorage on 280 in Birmingham. Shanta and new guy Joe were super nice and helpful when I came in after reservation made by phone to Kim. Also the woman on the phone , I think Kim, at another location was so polite. Thank you.Â
