I did everything online but had my daughter go to the storage facility to check it out. Once I arrived at the storage facility, I wasn't sure where the storage room was at. There were people working in the office, but they didn't open for another 45 minutes. The lady inside came out and she explained exactly where the room was and gave me the code to the building.
