OMG! Retain this woman at all costs!!! Ms. Laurie simply "is" your business and was sublime in presenting solutions to my storage problems. Her industry knowledge and easy disposition made doing business with your company a dream in a time of crisis. The facility was immaculate and you could just feel the pride she had for the facility and how she maintains it for the customers. Why go anywhere else!

I’m transferring from one unit to another. The thought of it is very overwhelming but we needed to downsize due to cost. The property manager Philip and his colleague were fantastic. She was happy to walk me over to the next unit. We had great conversation on the way which lightened all the stress. She explained the unit and also helped me reserve it. Philip took care of the final details and helped me with all of my questions. Very pleased with my experience.
