I rented my storage online through the website which was great I didn't have any issues doing that however when I actually got to the storage unit I didn't know there was like a little yellow tab like a little hook lock so I didn't know how to open it I had to go back to the office and ask the lady and she says oh you have to do is twist it off I did tell her this is my first time using Istorage so I go back I snapped off the little lock and I had no idea that I had to put my foot down on the handle at the bottom of the unit... read more

The property manager Marilyn is great. She is very customer oriented. She cares about her customers and make you feel totally comfortable with being a renter at her Sewell location. I recommend this property if your looking to rent a storage space as she will help you in getting whatever it is you want or need

easy to call and get quote quoted price was good got suggestion to book a site ASAP, can not reserve I need the unit by 9/13, so I decide to put the order in Address was just where I needed a self-storage unit, price was good, there was only one unit available, so I got it! One question though: the info did not tell me how to order additional insurance
