The customer service agent was very helpful and fast. The online lease convenient too. The doors are a bit wonky...only one opens with the button and sometimes the photoeye works on the way out, sometimes not. And to prop it open there's a rock...kinda hokey and awkward. Plus the parking is not close for heavy items...across a medium-traffic lane.
