Your call center employees were very nice and helpful. But from what my experience with them says.I s that you are missing is communication between them and there bosses and the people who work at the storage facilities is for the most part nonexistent. The call center quoted me different procedures than the storage office, they said hours that at least here at store is wrong. Everyone was very helpful but they all just need to have the same information and they'll be more proficientĀ
