Ms Savannah gave me an excellent customer service. She's very professional kind hearted. I got Covid and got behind on my bills, she help so my stuff will go to Auction. She's very calm and patience. She has a very good listening ear. She comfort me in time of my struggle. She's very pleasant to talk to. Overall, she help to resolved my problem. Thank you for having her in your company. Everything was okay but I asked for the first floor and the lady told me it was the first floor when I went to bring my things was not, she gave me the third-floor and I told her I’m pregnant I don’t want to be going up and down ,so not 100% happy
