Everything was easy to set up from the registration to the rental process. The only inconvenience was the registration email said to bring a lock and ID to the initial set up. The facility I am at as a very specific clasp that only a cylinder lock with fit. I was able to buy a cylinder lock there, but I feel like it was a waste of my time to buy a lock before hand that was useless. The email needed to state that a cylinder lock is required or that you will have to buy one from them as no other lock will work.Ā
