As a former Operations Manager of 11 local clinics in town (Colorado Springs), I know what good management is. Kim, the Manager, at the Fountain location is by far, the hardest worker I have ever seen. When I have come in to the facility on multiple occasions - I always see her out checking on things, cleaning and even checking on customers as they move in or out.
