The office manager showed us different-sized units which helped us decide the best unit for our needs. Sabrina was friendly, courteous and professional. She even offered us a bottle of water on a very hot day.

Nice storage location, agree with other reviews Savannah is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Was content here until they raised my rate 20% randomly which spurred me to look elsewhere and found comparable storage for less than half the cost.

The facility is clean and secure. Steve at the front desk was great. My only complaint is that after receiving a text and an email CONFIRMING my reservation for a 10x10, first floor unit, I was informed that it is really a "soft reservation". So I didn't really have a reservation at all. I ended up with a 10x10 on the 3rd floor. When I called the central number to see if I could email my insurance declaration pages, I learned that they do not have email.
