This is my first time using a storage facility and the process wasn’t difficult. I was able to get all my large items in storage along with some boxes. Getting in and out is very secure.Â

Heather has always been onsite and available. Since my unit at life-storage was robbed and trashed, I want to know that my new storage unit is safe from being broken into. The personnel at all three iStorage was very helpful. The staff at 14th Street helped us find a storage unit at the storage near the Beltline and the personnel there helped us find the correct climate controlled unit that matched our needs. Also the area at the Priceville iStorage is clean and well maintained - I was so impressed. Also, the manager of the storage unit was helpful and on site which was good. So glad we chose this storage company.Â
