Easy online rental and very good follow up telephonic customer service. Only wish that one could reserve more than one unit at the same time, rather than separate reservations.

Very professional customer service. Took me out showed me the best available units to fit my needs in the heat of the day. Made sure I understood the terms and conditions of the facility and gave me a very Big Welcome. Wished I had came here first but now I feel at home .

Fantastic, I felt bad for the young lady because of your inferior computer sysrem, you might want to think about an upgrade or having an office Ipad for back up! She handled the situation with professionalism and was very attentive! She gets 10 stars!
