The customer service at secure care was very good. You know when your having a bad day and you walk into another place of business and most of the time they have a bad attitude I didn't get that from the front desk at secure care very polite smiling just genuin it's good to know there are still good people out there. I’ve been at this location for over 6 years. This is the best run storage facility in the valley. Excellent staff, always available and helpful. Excellent facility, always clean and everything in great working order. I recommend Fletcher Heights Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility. Simply the Best!!

We rented a 5x10 unit earlier this year, and when we needed to get a 10x20 unit as well, the staff was wonderful to deal with, helped get us set up, linked out accounts and able to ensure the accounts both reflected our Homeowers Policy!
