Initially we enjoyed meeting the new management. After five months rent has increased already without warning. I called and they bascially said corporate mails them out and insinuated it was my fault since my address was not listed on the electronic form which was pre-filled out by them. I had only to sign and intial. They have all my info on the form I filled out in person. On the first they have a delinquent notice on your account before the day is done. They did say for this month they would only charge the rate I was pay... read more
