Facility is clean and staff explained details and were very helpful. I presented a declaration page of insurance to show I am covered already for a storage unit. But your procedures would not allow me to decline insurance upfront. Hopefully reimbursement of the PPP charge is forthcoming. I also did not like that lease rates can go up each month with only short notice.

Gerald was outstanding in assisting me with getting a storage unit. He was kind and patient, showing me different units of different sizes. He explained the rental process and answered all of my questions. The facility is neat and clean, and I am very comfortable in knowing that our belongings will be safe there.
