We had a great experience. The Facility manager, Brad, was extremely helpful, explained things very clearly, and was efficient in signing us up. We are very glad we chose Southern Self Storage.

Very easy to obtain the storage spot and complete all the required paperwork online. Stopped by the office to provide copies of insurance and registration, Angela was a pleasure to meet and finish the rental process. Very pleased!

My experIence with the 91st/Sheridan management was inferior. Lock on the unit I rented obviously was not available. Could get no response from that number/mgr - no one in the office either. Finally got in touch with Christi manager at the 81st/Lewis location and she helped me tremendously- moved to a unit there. She was great. She’s a keeper - reward her!!!
