Brady gets 5 stars because of the level of customer service he provided. I called him ahead of time to let him know that I was on my way to sign the documents on our 2nd rental space at Southern Self Storage. When I arrived, Brady had the paperwork prepared ahead of time to save me time. Thank you Brady for great customer service!

Site manager Nate Grady did and does a great Job. That is why I have returned for the third summer season. He just needs some help from the home office in upkeep of the facility. Potholes fixed and re-paint numbers and line markers in outdoor spaces.

SecurCare Self Storage facility in Austell, GA on Veterans Memorial Highway is the best storage facility only because of the Manager, Dawn. She makes everything so easy for the customer and there isn't anything she wouldn't do for you. She keeps the facility clean which makes it a very pleasant place to spend an afternoon working in your unit. I recommend it very highly, as long as Dawn is in charge.
