I am really pleased with the customer service that I received. Donna was super helpful and I really enjoyed her personality. She was extremely nice and was explaining everything in detail. I'm glad I decided to work with I storage, but really happy to have Donna as my representative. Thanks Donna!!!

Bill was pleasant, gave amazing customer service, & a wonderful follow up phone call. Neil checked me in offered me little things like mattress covers something I forgot about. He walked me through check-in, hours & how to get access. Would definitely recommend them.
