It was great until the Lady there didn't tell me all of the regulations and was rude when I went in to let them know that I lost my keys

The staff was great, very professional and personable. They took the time with us, and handled everything for us including the deduction from our account, which made it easy. I will come back if I ever need storage and have already recommended this facility to a friend.
