Krissy was very helpful through the whole process and I was able to get enough storage space for a reasonable price to allow me to stoe all of my belongings.

My experience was excellent, the attendant went above and beyond to help me. I arrived just as she was leaving, but she went back inside to assist me. I had to call to get directions to the site, as there is not a street sign, this is why I was late. The outside person giving me directions in the phone said that the place didn't close until 6pm; however, they actually close at 5pm. Please have the help line get on the same page as what's on the website. Also, PLEASE!! have a street sign reinstalled.

Simplicity and helpfulness were the keys to this being successful. I did this remotely from Ohio and needed to coordinate with the furniture store. The receptionist was very very aware of how to make this work and the cost was minimal! I highly recommend their business.
