The overall experience with customer service is good, they are nice, and friendly. Although, my code was not working, so I called and they mentioned the code was not registering correctly. They fixed it!!! So now I can get it! Unfortunately, I was a little frustrated when I asked to get the start date of the rental switch to that day, 3/14, since I wasn't able to access my rental till then. They did mention I could but I would need to restart the process. That wasn't worth the hassle for me or to put them through it, so I l... read more
