Online shopping and payment was very easy. The Location contacted me they were very nice and welcoming. When I went to the location it was very clean and Good curb appeal. The Manager greeted me immediately and again made me feel welcome and informed me of all important details. She also gave me exact directions to the unit. Being with the Storage's previous owners; Extra Space, I was really content with there pricing and overall management. When Southern Storage came along you rammed us with an almost 100% increase in rate which was ridiculous and thats why I turned in the Stoage unit. I consider your pricing very abusive and all you can say is "it due to market conditions" I know you are losing clients because you are having more moveouts than move ins, at least at la Ceramica, Carolina. So enjoy the market conditions!

It’s an spacious place and fare size for the price what I didn’t like is that even if I’m starting to rent on 16 of the month I’ll have to pay my new month in the first of next month and so on continuously. I would expect to pay next month in the same date I moved in. Also o didn’t like that the place had a lot of trash from previous occupants, and the light from my storage room is broken and it wasn’t obviously inspected before placing it for rent again.
