I was put on a waiting list. I received a call from Aubrey. She worked with my schedule to arrange an appointment. My schedule changed so I just showed up. She was professional, helpful and personable. Enjoyed the process. I am renting a spot for my truck for an upcoming move. Haven't parked there yet but will in a few days. So far the experience has been excellent.

Placed a reservation on a space on line. When I got there I found out it was inside entrance. I need exterior entry. Neptina was able to set me up with a 10x20 and everything was fine.

Debbie at the Forney, TX location has been great! She is new to the site manager position and has never handled renting the on site apartment before. That did not stop her from providing excellent, friendly service at move-in. As a first time renter, I had a ton of questions during the walkthrough.
