I reserved my unit online, which was very easy to do. The next day I got a call from the sweetest lady. Alice, was informative and explained exactly what I needed to do to get moved into unit. When I arrived at the store she again took care of me. I had to return a few days later with my proof of insurance and she remembered me and called me by name. She was just the best and made the experience enjoyable.

The Customer Service was great. What would have really helped would have been a map of the place. Especially for the out gate. That keypad was tricky. I just happened to spot it standing there by itself. Hmmm....2+2=4
