The ease of reserving the unit was fine, but the first week I checked nothing was available and 5 days later I thought Id check one more time and sure enough there was a unit size I needed. But I was disappointed that I had to rent the unit that day, even though I didn't need it until the end of the month. I would have been willing to give a non refundable deposit to hold it until I needed it, but I had to rent it, full monthly payment, right then, or nothing. So of course I rented it...A month early.
