Mr. Shock is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He takes the time to actually listen to the needs of the customer. Then he offers solutions which best suit the customer’s needs. Mr. Shock personally cleans and maintains the entire facility. He makes sure each unit is clean and in perfectly working order before showing it to a potential client. Everything was great I got a special deal you were running. How about one of your wonderful locks they can't be broken into. Everything was explained to me in detail and I got to see the unit to make sure it was the right size. One personal training a new employee they were very professional and did a great job. I have recommended you to other people I know. This was my first time I ever had to get a storage unit. I no problems great experience.

Upon arrival I was greeted by amazing customer service, and was given a tour of the units. That same day after a quick and easy process, the right unit was mine! Very affordable and overall 10/10 will recommend!!
