Tymekia, at 3800 Bragg Blvd location has great passion for customers. I came in needing a second storage and she help me get squared away. I was even able to get my military discount. She listen to me as I complained about my first storage. The lady at 3520 Bragg blvd location told me they didn't do military discounts and then my unit price went up higher tan a bigger unit. Tymekia, provides exceptional customer service, I will always recommend this particular location.Â

They were very friendly and helpful from the very start. They were calling me before I was completed with applying online. Every question I had was answered right away and even went beyond the question to fill in details. Every day that I've been over to my space, they have been there to always smile, wave or say hi.
