When I arrived Lorri explained that she had one unit that needed to be serviced but she quickly took care of that and showed me the unit to rent and it was exactly what I needed. She was very helpful and polite. I will definitely recommend as I am a business owner in Metairie!

The unit was very clean. Although we could not get the china cabinet in through the hallways, we were able to get the rest in with no problem. I guess we needed one with a bigger door.
