I had never used a storage facility before and didn't have great expectations, but iStorage surprised me. It is clean, well-lit, and well-secured. I feel very safe while I'm there. The managers are helpful and personable, and keep a close eye on things. I'm very happy to have chosen iStorage.

Judy at the front desk was an amazing help to me. The facility is very clean and well kept. The grounds are well lit at night and the security is tight with a locked gate and cameras on site. I am very happy with my choice to store my belongings there and in the future.

My personal experiences with Ms Lorri as my agent has always been a complete delight. She explains the Do and Don't of the units. Which l find a great help on deciding which units to put my belongings in and how to organize them in the units. Thank you Ms Lorri
