Tony in the office was very helpful as I set this up over the phone from across the country. He told me exactly what I needed to do so I secured a large temperature-controlled unit a couple of weeks before I needed it as they were in short supply. He sold me a lock and had it ready when I walked in - very efficient. I've no idea how many months I'll need my unit - waiting for house to be built - came in from out of state.Ā
My experience was good. The staff was helpful. The only complaint I have is that you do not offer an annual rate and depending on when you need storage, rates fluctuate.Ā

My experience was very pleasant very happy with the lady that set it all up she was friendly and answered all my questions. The unit and grounds are very clean and well maintained I will tell everyone I know that needs a storage to go to this storage aA++++Ā
Great service as soon as walked in. Talked to me about what had to offer and showed where we were going to park Car. Also loved the veterans parking.Ā
