Melissa was such a great help in getting us last minute storage. She made sure are vehicle fit. She made sure the storage was clean. Went in early to do so for us. Fabulous person for the face of your business!. I would rent again because of her caring, professional attitude.
The lady who contacted me about the available unit and processed us in was extremely helpful and professional. The unit was very clean. We can get in and out of the facility easily. Good facility!

Just want to say how helpful & patient your onsite manager Mr Bart was to help this little old lady to get my account straight. He was very understanding with me to pay my bill thru my phone. As I'm still getting chemotherapy and it's hard to focus on info. But was most helpful with everything. Thank you for having someone like that in you customer service, in these stressful times. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Made sure we got what we were looking for, and at a good price. The unit I rented is for temporary use but I would have no problem considering them for long-term or future rentals
