I was just "down sizing" to a smaller unit. The employee who helped me was very good and everything went smoothly. Only complaint I have is the usual, the units here in Dover, NH are quite a bit overpriced considering the local economy . Has been that way since Right Space bought out the previous owners. I've needed a unit for the last 9 years and the annual 10-12% price increase each & every year really sucks, totally out of touch with local "cost of living indexes" and economy.
