I did everything online and when I showed up, my gate access code wouldn't work. Sign on the office said that the person was off site and would return shortly. This 30 minutes before they closed. I called the 800 number and they could not fix the problem. So I'm now sitting in my truck with no a/c and it's 109* outside. The guy (I forget his name) did return and was able to fix everything in about 5 minutes. He was laid back and courteous. The units themselves are very clean and well maintained. Iām currently renting two units with Southern Self Storage Amber assisted me with both units. Amber was very helpful and explained my different options. The place itself is very clean and well maintained. There is also a good feeling of safety and security at this location. I would recommend them for both short and long time storage.Ā

The service was absolutely hands down AMAZING at the facility !!! š¤© Mr Milton was very professional and definitely made my move from VA to GA great. Unit was ready when I arrived and Mr Milton took 1 look at the size truck I had and recommended a larger unit. I am so glad he did (and he had 1 available too) bc my items would have never fit in the original unit size I chose. He handled all of the adjustments and I was on my way in less than 15 min.
