Making a reservation and renting a storage unit was very easy The only part that needs more work is the gate codes. We code not get in the gate because the procedure was not thoroughly explained to me. We had to wait approximately 30 minutes to teach someone to get the cotrect gate code in order to get in. Other than that the personal were very friendly and we had no other issues.Ā
