This location is OUTSTANDING! I’ve had a storage unit here for several years. Was hesitant once Russ left however Chris absolutely marvelous!!! Extremely professional, helpful, and personable. Very happy he’s here now. A+++ THANK YOU!

You were recommended by a competitor who didn't have an available unit. The price was Higher than what I pay but I needed the unit. Move-in paperwork was smooth and easy. All my questions were answered professionally and confidently. I am impressed.

Manager is very nice. Unit was clean and reasonably priced. The only issue I feel is getting through to someone. My understanding is that all calls are handled through a main number, not the individual locations. Having to wait for a representative for 30 minutes is a bit much.

Customer service was extremely great. I had to arrange this from the other side of the country to make sure my car would get shipped here and they were very helpful. They even looked out for my car on the day of arrival.

Nice facility, out-of-the-way. It feels very secure. Prices are reasonable. There was a little confusion about my upgrading to a larger unit. But it was sorted out, and I’m hoping the 10 x 15 will work for me for quite a while.
